Big "Bollyfood"-Gala at the 81st Internorga

With great collaborative effort the Haase GmbH presents itself at Europes most prestigious and largest food service exhibition. At the 81st Internorga from the 9th to the 14th of March 2007 in Hamburg the company exhibits for the first time in Hall 10 with an entirely new exhibition stand concept. Of course, at the center of this exhibit full of activity is their current Bollyfood program revolving around Indian cuisine.

Not only the Internorga exhibit location in exhibition hall 10 is new. Haase also increased the size of the exhibit substantially, because according to the head of the Rosbach company, Helmut Haase: We want to deliver to the professional visitors this time a very special message. That message reads Bollyfood, which refers to the exciting, as well as multifaceted and fascinating Indian cuisine that is well on its way to advancing to the status of mega-trend in the European food-service industry. Haase delivers this message simultaneously at three market stalls at the Internorga: a professional chef will prepare traditional Nan bread and Tandoori-skewers in an Indian Tandoor oven right before the eyes of the visitors. At the second market stall there are freshly prepared ladies-drinks from the blender. Here its also all about a classical Indian product with natural original or mango taste. The third market stall is dedicated to Indian Chai tea. In the Indian trend-food category it cant be left out, notes Helmut Haase. At the Internorga he will let you in on the little secrets for its preparation. As a full-service integrated supplier, the Haase GmbH delivers the entire Bollyfood sprectrum of products from the oven, including accessories, to the basic ingredients for production, all the way to ideas and recipes for the Indian trend-cuisine. Also of importance to the progressive food-service specialist: the Haase Gmbh serves up the essential know-how on Indian cuisine at short instructional courses in Rosbach near Frankfurt/Main.

The Haase Companys Internorga appearance is, however, even more comprehensive. In addition to the current Indian cuisine, fun-food products and technical equipment in a variety of areas from popcorn to frozen drinks will be presented. As cooperating partners, the Vita-Mix and Waring companies are represented at the Haase company exhibit with blenders, kitchen appliances and equipment.

Detailed conversations with Indian food-service specialists were highly informative.
